General Information
All participants must be able to complete the Half Marathon in 3 and ½ hrs (16 minute mile pace)
You must reach the eight-mile mark by 10:15 a.m. or the course will be broken down.

For safety reasons, no baby strollers, baby joggers, headphones and dogs.  Please, no bandits are permitted.

Start time 8:05 a.m. 

Pacers will be available for the following groups: 1:30, 1:45, 2:00, 2:15, 2:30 and 2:45

Timing:  This will be a timed event provided by Lin-Mark Computer Sports of Matua, NJ. The Winning Time Chip System (ankle band) will be used, no other timing chip can be worn. Participants will pick-up their Winning Time Chip at packet pick-up along with their assigned race number. Race number must be worn for visual personal i.d. while on the course.

All runners completing the Half Marathon within the time allotted will receive a finisher’s medal, finisher’s certificate to be mailed after the race and other finisher’s premium.

Entry fee includes a technical race tee, goodie bag, refreshments and post-race party.

Inclement weather – no refunds, no rain date and no transfers due to inclement weather.

Participants will be staged based on predicted finish time.

A gear check station will be available on the Parade Ground, adjacent to the starting line on race day.

The average temperature during the middle of October is high 60's to low 70's.

Awards
Prizes will be awarded to the top two overall male and female runners and top two overall military male and female runners. $1,000 for first place runners and $500 to second place runners.

The top three men and women in each division receive awards.

Post Race Party
Fun for the entire family!  Bring the family and enjoy music and entertainment after the race.  A children’s area complete with inflatables, games and face painters will be available on site free of charge.

Breakfast items will be provided for all spectators and runners.

Entertainment will be provided on the main stage.

Food and Beer will be available for all runners. Each runner is allotted two beers. Runners must show race bib at beer tent which includes your runner information label with age. There is an additional fee for all spectators.
